Got an email from the Director of CS and had the first interview within a week. He was a great guy. Then, I interviewed in person with the COO. The COO was nice but not very personable. Heard back within a week. I'm not sure what they're really looking for, but it's going to be tough to find someone at $65k when the average for CSMs in Florida is $85-95k. They even said they won't offer great pay but will give you company stocks that might end up being worthless. The COO also mentioned expecting work outside of normal hours, which is wild considering the pay. They also mentioned that it will be hard to find someone for $65k when the FL average for CSMs is $85-95k. They will even tell you that they won’t offer you something great but they will give you stocks to the company which could end up being worth $0.

Behavioral Technical

I had three interviews total. The first round was pretty good, I liked sharing my background. But in the second round with the supervisor, they didn't ask much and just sent me to the final round with the VP of Operation. I didn't get the job because my background didn't match what GRUBBRR's operation department needs, I didn't know about coding. I thought they could have just stopped me after the second round. The supervisor and VP were both late for the second and third interviews, which I hope they respect my schedule next time.

Technical Behavioral Other

The interview process involved about 3 rounds: 1 technical, 1 managerial, and 1 HR. I got through the first round, which was straightforward. The second round was also easy, with some scenario-based questions that I managed to answer. When I asked for feedback, the HR person mentioned the position was put on hold. They weren't proactive in providing updates, and my follow-ups mostly got the same response like 'we will check and let you know,' which never actually happened. The ending was quite disappointing.

So there were two rounds in total. First was a technical round where they asked me questions based on the projects I've done and the technologies I used. They also checked if I had a good grasp of basic concepts. The second round was with HR.
