Technician

I had a video call with a panel. They asked questions one by one, starting with HR stuff like introducing myself, and then moved on to technical questions. Overall, it was a good experience.

The interview was good, with questions tailored to my specialization. It was mostly technical, covering my training and past experience. They also asked about my family and previous working culture. They shared insights into the industry culture. The total duration was about 45 minutes, with the first 30 minutes focused on a technical round, followed by HR questions. There were 8 people on the panel.

Management Trainee
The interview process started with a written test, which had moderately difficult questions. After that, I was called for a Personal Interview (PI). I faced a panel at the main office. The atmosphere was friendly. It began with standard questions, then moved to subject knowledge, and also included some general knowledge questions.
