The interview process is pretty standard. First, you'll have a recruiter screening via phone interview. Then, depending on the role and how senior it is, you'll interview with either a hiring manager or the founders.

Technical Coding

The interview process had a few calls, including two or three rounds of technical/design chats with Engineers. The first technical interview felt easy, I was a bit anxious since the interviewer made me nervous, but then we discussed my background and it went smoothly. The technical part had 2 questions. Even though I completed both exercises and was very confident I'd proceed, I received a rejection letter two days later.

Behavioral Technical

The whole thing took around two months, starting with the first chat with HR and ending with the contract. After each interview, I met with someone more senior. Everyone was really nice and helpful, explaining things clearly and being patient about the job and the company. What I didn't love, and noticed once I started, is that every interview and all communication happened online through Zoom. This was true even though the offices are close to where I live and I would have preferred to meet in person. I think it would have felt more personal.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really detailed and thorough interview process. They were great at communicating and kept me updated the whole time, and I really felt like my time was respected. I got to speak with the COO and CEO, which was super helpful. They were really gracious and spent more time than we originally scheduled to make sure all my questions were answered.
