Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Growth Acceleration Partners.
Senior Software Engineer
First, I had a pre-screening call with the recruiter. Then, I went through a technical interview that included questions about my experience and concepts, plus a live coding exercise. After that, I had a call with Delivery Management to discuss the client. This was followed by a client interview, which also involved a live coding challenge. Finally, the recruiter contacted me with an offer.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Python?
- Do you have experience with React?
- We'd like you to complete a live coding challenge that's similar to a typical work item.
Software Engineer
It's a nice company with an objective and respectful process. You have to pass at least 4 interviews: a pre-screening, then Technical 1 which involves Q&A and live coding, then Technical 2 focusing only on architecture (no specific technologies), and finally a client interview.
- What should be considered when proposing infrastructure for the US health industry?
Software Developer
You'll get a call from a recruiter who'll tell you about the job, ask about your background and salary expectations. Then, there's an English interview, about 30 minutes max. A few days later, a technical interview with tech questions and live coding. After that, a take-home test due in 3 days. Maybe a week later, another tech interview with the client who needs the service, tests can differ depending on the client (you might have more than one interview). If all goes well, the company will ask for medical tests... and then you're in.
- Can you explain what an object is?
