Partner Services Specialist
It was a 3 round interview process. Round one was a preliminary interview. I was asked to watch the demos on the website, know the company and know myself. Round two was with the manager. I was asked to know what I can bring to the table and how my role would fit into the goals of the company. Round three was with the director. I was asked to know the above and come prepared with examples of my past experiences.
- Can you share an instance where you enhanced a process at your previous job?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
It was an informative interview process. I went into the interview knowing about what G360 was, but the interviewer helped me have a better understanding of their product. It was behavioral based and focused on culture as well. I really appreciated that because culture is something very important to me. I had a zoom with the Director of TA and then met her in person to see the office. After meeting in person, I zoomed the VP of HR. Overall, it was a very enjoyable interview process. They move fast which I like!

- Could you list the types of roles you've successfully filled in your previous positions?
Vice President IT
I had a Zoom call with the Director of Recruiting. She was very detailed about the company, the role, and the general company environment as a whole. It was a very uplifting and positive experience. I appreciate how honest the interviewer was and upfront that it appeared I wouldn't be a good fit. I wish more companies were open like this and that the recruiters were this in tune with the job requirements/needs to let you know where you stand immediately. While I really would love to work at Groups360, it's clear that I would not have been the right person for the job. Seems like an amazing place.
- Can you tell me about your general background?
- What's your experience with AWS?
- How do you feel about Agile?
Administrative Assistant
Applied on LinkedIn, and within an hour got an email from Andrea about the job, which involved a move. The first step was a Zoom screening interview with Andrea. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview with my future boss. Andrea gave me tips on what to prepare. The interview with my boss was conversational and he answered my questions about the company culture, history, and job expectations. I was given a timeline for their decision. Andrea checked in afterwards to see how it went and if it felt like a good fit for me. I expressed strong interest and willingness to relocate. Andrea then called me on my drive home to share positive feedback from my boss. She mentioned they were interviewing one other person but promised to keep me updated, which she did, especially since I was looking at other offers. They eventually made an offer.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What experience do you have working with c-level leadership?
