I applied online and heard back from the recruiter the same day. They scheduled me for a virtual interview a few days later. After confirming, I was told the manager couldn't make the appointment, so we had to reschedule. The virtual interview consisted of me and the manager, who ate her meal during the entire process.

I had 3 interviews. One with HR, one with an engineer and one with someone with product. After these interviews I was told it's a no. This is because they're afraid I'm burnt out from being in a currently rough work situation and may have picked up bad habits. They however did not test any of my coding abilities.

  • Some slightly more in depth tech questions from a developer.

I first got reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter. We chatted on there for a bit, then had a nice phone call. After that, I connected with the hiring manager. They were super flexible with scheduling, even accommodating some weird hours. Then I spoke with the COO over the phone, which was also a great chat. We covered standard interview questions about my background and how I'd approach different scenarios. They set up an in-person interview for a few weeks out, and things moved incredibly fast after that. I got an offer just a few hours post-interview and started less than two weeks later. The whole thing was really smooth and well-organized!
