Had an initial chat with a recruiter. The recruiter showed up 10 minutes late. They asked some general career questions. It felt a bit unprofessional because the recruiter spent a lot of time talking about company stuff that wasn't really about the job. After that, I heard nothing back.
- What aspects of marketing appeal to you?
- What makes you interested in our company?

The interview was pretty straightforward with two steps. First, I had a call with HR that was mostly about the job offer details. Then, I interviewed with the team manager, who was really friendly and made me feel at ease.
- The manager asked me about potential situations that could arise with colleagues.
- They wanted to gauge my decision-making abilities.
- They asked about my teamwork skills.

It was a three-round interview process. First, there was a communication test. Then, a real-time virtual writing task was conducted over Zoom/G Meet. Finally, a conversation with stakeholders took place. Basic knowledge on E-commerce marketplace, B2B/B2C dynamics would be an added advantage.
- Could you answer some basic questions to assess your communication skills?
- What do you know about e-commerce marketplaces?
- How do you see B2B and B2C dynamics?
