It was a 4 stage, really interactive process that took about two weeks. I talked to senior leadership and some of the current team. I got an offer about 3 weeks after my first interview. I really liked the whole process and everyone I met.

I had a phone call interview with the recruiter and she said I could move on. I was supposed to have a 1-hour Google Meet with managers but it got canceled two days before by a recruiter I didn't even talk to. She said they were pausing hiring and would reach out when they could reschedule. I emailed both recruiters and got no reply, which felt unprofessional and unorganized. I've had better experiences with recruiters at other big companies during this same time.

Applied online and heard back from a recruiter within a day or two. Had a phone interview the next Monday. The recruiter was professional and easy to talk to. I was then invited for an in-person interview later that week. The in-person started with an office tour. Then I met with two managers and a team lead. They all seemed to have been with the company for a while. They asked general questions about my background and the job. The original recruiter walked me out. I felt positive about the experience but was still unsure about the position due to Groupon's reputation and online reviews. I didn't hear back for about a week, so I followed up via email. They called the next day to say it didn't work out, but they enjoyed meeting me and wanted to stay in touch.
