Applied through an online job posting. Had an onsite interview with the team lead and HR. Then, there was a two-stage group exercise and interview. Got feedback on the interview. Heard back within 3 days.

So the interview started with a phone call where they asked usual competency type questions and also about my understanding of the company. After that, there were some tests that weren't too difficult and then an assessment centre. The assessment centre had two group exercises: one where we had to build a tower and another where we discussed and ranked the traits of a good manager. It’s really important to act like a leader and seem very confident because the feedback I got was that I wasn't confident enough. Be ready because it’s a long day. They let you know pretty fast if you got the job.

First a phone call, then meeting the manager, followed by a chat with the person currently doing the job and the HR manager. Everyone was super nice and professional. The interviews felt like a real conversation, no one tried to throw me off balance, quite the opposite, they really made me feel comfortable. A very human company, the interviews left a good impression.

Recruitment day at Bouygues Construction for the Île-de-France building subsidiary at Challenger in Guyancourt. I was selected via my LinkedIn profile. It was a day to discover the company, with role-playing, presentations, a pitch, and interviews with several HR members.
