The process involved three stages: first, a phone call with HR, followed by a video interview with an Assesfirt test, and finally an operational interview with a manager. The first two stages went very well. The HR person hinted at two possible roles: commercial advisor for professional markets or commercial advisor for private markets. She seemed to really like my profile after the personality test. She was supposed to call back within a week, but I was only called back two and a half weeks later with flimsy excuses. They said my profile was too marketing-oriented, despite my previous experience in banking and insurance. It's pointless to hint at a position to a candidate only to come up with such excuses at the end. It's outrageous.

after applying online, i had a first phone call with a recruiter to confirm my background, motivation, and the job requirements. then, i was invited to a video or in-person interview with a hiring manager, followed by a final interview with the agency manager. the interviews were professional and friendly, focusing on customer relations, priority management, and adaptability. feedback was usually quick, and the overall process was smooth.

It was quick, took me about 3 weeks from the initial HR call to getting the offer. The process included a phone call with HR, then an in-person interview with HR. After that, I had three in-person interviews on the same day, one after the other, with the operational manager (who is the financial manager) and then the CFO. Each interview was about 30 minutes long and focused on operational questions with the managers.

The interview was conducted by the sector manager and a colleague for better transparency. It started with an introduction to the team and how things work locally (mutualist agency, links with the ASM). I then presented my background, my desire to join the insurance sector after a real estate experience, and my motivations. The discussion focused on my ability to work in a team, my flexibility, and my career development prospects towards wealth management. Emphasis was placed on the values of solidarity, teamwork, and the training offered in Lyon. The atmosphere was welcoming but demanding, with a strong focus on cultural fit.
