The interviewer was kind and asked easy questions. It lasted about 20 minutes. They asked about why Group One Trading, what my advantage is, details in my background, and my most proud experience. There was no technical or coding involved.

I did two rounds of interviews for the intern position. The first round had some technical questions, but the second round was all fit/understanding questions. It felt pretty relaxed, and I heard back a week after the second interview that I got the job.
- Can you explain the difference between proprietary trading and other trading methods?
- What are the chances that the first roll of a dice is higher than the second roll?
Trader
There were a bunch of zoom calls. It's a bit longer than other places but it depends on how fast you can book things. They watch how you react during the interviews.
