I applied last week and had a super quick 6-minute phone interview this week. It was really basic, mostly just introducing myself and then the interviewer said they'd pass my resume along to my potential boss for the in-person interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience and background?
- What are your salary expectations?
- What's your visa status?

It was a pretty standard process. They asked questions that were expected. You'll need to know a lot about the brand, what YouTube channels you watch, what your experience is, and what you like to work on. It started with a phone interview, then a 1:1 interview. After that, there was a tryout and then a contract offer. Make sure you watch a lot of their videos beforehand and prepare some good questions to ask.
- What is your understanding of social videos?

The interview process was quite thorough. I really enjoyed the conversation and getting to learn more about the position. The interviewer did a good job explaining what they knew and gave me a decent picture of the job before I advanced to the next stage.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
