First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin.
Registered Nurse
The interview process was pretty simple. I spoke with three people. They asked me what made me interested in the job, about my background, and about handling emergencies.
- What was it that drew your interest to the position?
- Tell us about your experience.
- Tell us about your experience in an emergent type of situation.
Utilization Management RN
I applied online and heard back from HR for a phone interview with the supervisor. A few days later, I got an email for a face-to-face interview with the supervisor, two peers, and the medical director. Even though the interview went well and they were nice, I didn't get the job because someone with a lot of UM experience applied last minute and got it.
- What makes you the best choice for this role?
Executive Assistant
I had a phone screen first, then a Teams interview with some team members. They gave me a good overview of the position and what they expected. I got to ask my questions about the position, the environment, the company, and the team.
- Can you describe your experience with calendaring duties?
- What's your background with scheduling tasks?
- Tell me about your experience serving as a key contact for the office.
Software Engineer
I went through a phone screening and then got a take home test that I had to finish in a week. I sent it back to the recruiter after I was done, but then I didn't hear back.
- What motivates you to join GHC?
