The interview process was disorganized and rescheduled multiple times with minimal communication. Management seemed to have communication issues, and it was unclear who was making the decisions. The company is growing rapidly due to client demand.

I went through a standard interview process. First, I had a recruiter call, then an in-person interview with two project managers and one district manager. The whole process took over 2 months to finish. It wasn't too hard, but their answers to my questions about the training program and how people get up to speed weren't very accurate. They said they provide training and certificate programs, but in reality, there's little guidance on the job, and you mostly learn from experience or mistakes.

Got referred by someone who works here, and after I emailed my resume, I got a call within a week. They did a quick phone screen (basically asking if I wanted an interview), and then set up an interview for the next week. The interview itself was with both the project manager and the regional manager at the same time. It was just one interview, and I had an offer in my email before I even got home, about 2 hours later.
