Behavioral Presentation

Everything was done online. I had one-on-one meetings with senior leaders. We talked about my previous jobs, they got to know me, and they asked some sharp questions to see what I know, how I'd fit in, and what I'd bring to the company culture. They also wanted to understand my sales style. I also got to ask my own questions about the culture and what they expect.

Behavioral Technical

I was told to wait for a call, but never received one. After waiting six minutes, I called another number and found out the interviewer was waiting for me there. The interviewer asked some basic questions but mentioned they were short on time and in a hurry. They also couldn't answer basic questions about their own role. The whole process felt disorganized, like my time wasn't valued, and ultimately a waste of time.

I had an extremely positive interview process with Groundspeed Analytics! From interactions with the recruiter to the interviewers and hiring manager, it was a great experience across the board. The process included several rounds of behavioral, technical, and leadership interviews. There was also a technical assignment. The Groundspeed team was flexible throughout the process and provided great insight into what work the company does.

The whole thing was remote. I had meetings with people on the team and from other departments, sometimes 1:1, sometimes up to 3:1. It was a good way to learn about the company and the team. It felt like they were checking if I was a good fit, and I was checking if it was a good fit for me too, not just a bunch of tests. For the technical part, I did a coding challenge that was pretty open-ended, and then I talked about it with some of the dev team. They also asked me more detailed questions about my JavaScript experience.

  • Could you elaborate on your experience with JavaScript?
