Behavioral Technical

The interview was pretty relaxed, only lasted about half an hour, and involved some behavioral and leadership questions along with specific questions about my previous work experience. There weren't any coding or technical questions. Three people were present: my team manager, the VP of the IT department, and an HR person who mainly just took notes without contributing verbally.
