It was a good interview. They first asked me to introduce myself and then gave me an overview of the company and its various departments. After explaining the role in detail, they allowed me time to ask any questions I had.

I had 3 interviews. The first was a phone interview, mostly about me and checking my interest in the company. The next two interviews were online via Zoom with a panel, which included an HR representative, my team leader, and a marketing representative.

The result of the first interview was communicated after a week, as promised. However, the 15-minute interview duration felt ineffective for assessing capabilities and skills, and I believe we should respect individual characteristics more. The interview extended beyond 15 minutes; after the introduction, the interviewer asked project-related questions, contrary to the pre-meeting video's request for a brief introduction. At the end, I was asked if I had any questions, and after I asked one, the time was up, and the interviewer called my cell to explain. The entire interaction took about 20 minutes, which was quite unusual.

I was pre-qualified by the company on Job Teaser to move on to the interviews. I quickly got a call from the recruiter to set a date for the interview. The interview was remote and had two parts: first, I was asked questions about myself and my background, plus some open-ended questions that make you think. The second part was a presentation of the company and the internship's content by the recruiter. The recruiter was very kind throughout the interview and didn't judge my answers.
