First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Griswold.
Home Health Aide
It was easy and not intimidating at all. They were very polite and formal, which was a relief. I had an initial phone call and then an in-person meeting. I got the job on the spot.
- What is your favorite part about being a home health aide?
Marketing Specialist
Had a nice chat with someone who was easy to talk to and answered my questions thoroughly. We ended up talking about other ways I could help the company because they were really interested.
- What motivates your interest in this company?
In Home Caregiver
It was great, without any stress, easy, comfortable. Maybe because I knew this job and how it works. I already had experience. The interview took place in relaxed atmosphere. They asked if I had some special education.
- Can you describe your experience?
- Tell me about the people you've cared for.
Care Coordinator
I sent in my resume, then I sent it in again. The first time the director said she never got it. Then we had an interview and the director just talked on and on about how things used to be. The following week, I had a second interview scheduled. I met with some of the staff and really liked all but one person. After that, I had a phone interview with the director of corporate offices, who said she was basically the vice president. She gave the OK to the office director, and then I got the offer. I thought about it for a day and then accepted. At the end of the week, I met to sign the offer letter.
