Commercial Underwriter
I first talked to an HR person, she was really nice and asked a few quick questions to make sure I was still interested. Then, I had another interview with that same HR person and some managers from the department I was applying to.

Started with an HR phone interview asking why I applied and about company culture. Then onsite interviews included HR discussing benefits and a building tour, a chat with the hiring manager, a quick meet and greet with the department head, and finally more questions with the hiring manager.

We had a co-op day where all the applicants who passed the first round came for an all-day in-person event. The morning started with a networking session over breakfast to meet employees.
