It went down over a month. Started with a phone call with HR asking basic questions like experience, conflict, resolution, and important qualities. Then, two weeks later, I met the area manager at a store. We talked about the job role and the 50-hour work weeks, but they didn't mention salary even when I asked. The final interview was two weeks after that with the general area manager. Salary still wasn't mentioned. We reviewed Grimaldi's 8 slices of culture, and it was a longer interview to get a feel for personality. Salary and location weren't finalized until the offer call and after training, respectively.

After you apply, they'll give you a call back to set up a face-to-face meeting. During this meeting, they'll ask you about your experience and how you handle teamwork. They might also test your knowledge of the menu or seasonal cocktails, so you should definitely check that out beforehand. After the interview, they might tell you their decision right away or have you wait a bit while they decide.

The interview process was really easy and not intimidating at all. They actually offered me the job right then and there! They mainly asked about my best qualities and any previous experience I had, even though I didn't have any. You honestly didn't need to prepare anything; it was surprisingly straightforward.
