Had a bunch of interviews over a few months. They asked a lot of questions about different situations and how well you work with a team. It's been pretty good so far, but the whole interview thing takes a long time and is broken up into many parts.

The interview process was pretty chaotic and not very professional. I applied online and then got a call asking about my availability. I called back within an hour of getting their voicemail and gave them some times over the next few days. I didn't hear back for a week, so I followed up again. They seemed a bit flustered but we eventually scheduled it for a few days later at 10:30 am. On the day of the interview, they called me at 10:15 am, 15 minutes early, without an apology or explanation, which was annoying because I had to leave a meeting early. After the phone interview, I had an on-site interview. Scheduling this was also a mess; I confirmed a specific time, but the HR person just scheduled it at a different time without checking with me. I managed to rearrange my schedule, but it was surprising how unprofessionally they coordinated things. During the on-site interviews, I met with three people, and they were all great to talk to. Each interview was about an hour, so I was there for roughly four hours, with some waiting time between them. I sent a follow-up email after the interviews thanking them, but only got a standard rejection email two weeks later, which felt impersonal after I'd cleared my schedule and spent hours talking with them. After the rejection, I emailed HR again asking if they could share any feedback for my growth, but I never got a response. While they might be short-staffed, basic courtesy like responding to emails should be expected. If this process is indicative of how the company operates, I'd avoid it.

I had a phone screening with a recruiter, and then an in-person interview with the property manager. They were both really nice. The manager said she'd get back to me that week, but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. A quick email saying they chose someone else would have been appreciated, but the silence definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Jamie was wonderful, genuine and energetic. Been with co. for over 8 years and still extremely enthusiastic about the value it provides to residents and employees. She restored my faith in property management.
