Category Manager
They did a pre-screen phone interview, then a multi-stage first interview that began with one or two interviewers and concluded with a big panel interview with potential co-workers. The last step was a second in-person interview that finished with a job offer. Griffin's interview process isn't consistent, and each department seems to manage it differently.

Project Manager
I had a one on one interview and then a panel interview a few days later. I met with everyone involved in the position and they asked me questions about my past work and how I would deal with different scenarios. They basically wanted to see if I had the experience needed and how good I would be at the job.
- Would you be willing to work non-standard hours if needed to collaborate with international partners?
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
- Describe how you would approach specific hypothetical situations.

I submitted my resume online, then I flew to their main office for interviews with various teams. I also got a tour of the place. I'm now waiting for an offer after finishing all the interviews.
