I applied to a federal contractor job through Gridiron. They contacted me about a different job and asked for details about my background, then said they'd submit my resume. I had a phone screen with the recruiter first, then an in person interview with the program manager and customer. The recruiter called me after the interview to see how I thought it went, which I felt was positive. A few days later, I got another call from their account executive saying the customer might go in a different direction. I didn't hear back from anyone after that.
