This was the most unprofessional hiring process ever. They lost track of my application and I had to call them to get an update. They scheduled an interview, but it felt like they just grabbed random people to conduct it, as only one of the three could ask proper questions. They told me to follow up if I didn't hear back by a certain date, but they never called, nor did they return my calls or emails. It's clear they don't value candidates, as they don't keep their word once they decide not to hire you, not even a simple 'thanks but no thanks' via phone or email. This really shows how management feels about their staff.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was straightforward. Initially, I had a conversation with HR, Kim, who was very professional and efficient. On the same day, I met with the managing partner for a second interview. They informed me they would be in touch, and I received a job offer a few days later without needing to follow up.

It was a 3-round interview process. I met with team members and leadership, with increasing seniority each round. Mostly behavioral questions and company fit. The process was smooth, and HR was super responsive.
