Greyrock reached out through various channels, which was good. Their communication was spaced out well, not too much or too little. Scheduling the interview online was simple. HR provided all the necessary prep info and was happy to answer my questions. It's an entry-level role with paid training in most areas. You'll start by running promotions, as it's a promotional marketing company, while getting trained for management. This promotion phase takes about 5-8 months of hard work before moving up. I don't mind this; I believe in working hard. If you're looking for an easy ride, this isn't the place. Also, if you're not open-minded, don't bother. There are 2-3 interviews. The first is a casual 20-30 minute chat. The second is more in-depth. You might get an offer right after the second or in a third, final meeting. They only bring high-quality candidates back.

I applied online and got a call the next day to come in for an interview the day after that. The first interview was short and basically a get-to-know-you, without much detail about the actual job. They then asked me to come back the next day for a second, longer interview. That's when they told me it was a sales job selling Direct TV in a Costco. They never used the title 'Account Coordinator' in any of the interviews. To make things worse, the interviewer made a sexist comment about how I, as a woman, would stand out and attract people. I felt insulted and really uncomfortable and wish I'd said something, but I was too thrown off to react. I just finished the interview politely, but I definitely don't want to work for someone who talks to women like that.

The first interview was at the Greyrock office, in a brick building with a clock tower near 225. Music was playing when I arrived. I checked in and met Justin, a manager, who discussed the position to see if it fit me, like the HR person had already done. The second interview was with Ryan, who showed me the daily tasks and discussed advancement opportunities in more detail. The third interview was a quick chat to finalize things. I got the job and I'm enjoying the team, the position, and the fast-paced environment.

My first meeting was with Justin, who was great. The office vibe was cool and professional, which was a nice change. This interview was pretty straightforward, mostly a 'get to know you' session where they explained the job basics and talked about advancement paths. The second interview went into more detail. The third 'interview' was just a debrief of the second round and to clear up any final questions.
