Sales Representative
It was a conversation-based interview with two people. They were looking for good communication skills rather than detailed technical knowledge. The conversation went very well, they took a lot of notes and were happy to answer any questions I had at the end.
- Can you share an instance where you overcame a professional or personal challenge?
Sales Representative
I met with the sales manager, sales director, and VP sales all in one meeting, it was a panel interview. They asked me about my previous experience in the industry and profession. It was pretty simple and straightforward.
- What is your motivation for entering the beer industry?
Sales Representative
I was promised many things and never received anything. They offered me a lower position than what I was applying for, even though I have many years of experience.
- Can you lift over 50 pounds?
Marketing
It was a three-round process. First, a phone call, then two panel interviews with different groups of people. Everyone at Grey Eagle was really professional and nice. The questions were thought-provoking, and I felt they genuinely paid attention to my answers and what I could contribute.
