The process was smooth, and the HR was helpful. The tech rounds were of medium difficulty. Both tech rounds were virtual, and the interviewers were knowledgeable and helpful.

I applied on LinkedIn a couple of weeks ago and heard back a week later about being shortlisted for an interview. Then, I got an email to schedule an initial call with the recruiter. The call started okay but then got tough because of my work history, making it feel like an interrogation. They said they had other candidates and would update me. I just got an email saying I was unsuccessful and didn't make it to the first stage interview, which didn't surprise me.

The process started with an agency recruiter reaching out. I was emailed about being shortlisted without any prior discussion with the agency, even though I'd left a message. The interview was set up with the CFO, but upon arrival, I found out I'd actually be interviewed by three Directors consecutively, not just the CFO. The whole thing took 2.5 hours. Three weeks went by with no word, so I followed up with the agent, who then emailed to say I was unsuccessful. It's now been 4 weeks since the interview and I still have no feedback on why. It was a poor candidate experience, especially considering how long the interviews were.

The interview process was super professional and the interviewers were friendly and knew their stuff. The role sounded pretty interesting from what we talked about. But after the offer, it was a total communication breakdown. HR called Friday afternoon to confirm my address but then nothing. I got the contract on Saturday and then got ghosted. My follow-up emails were ignored, and I was left totally unsure if I was even going to start. It's a huge difference between how the interview felt and how the company actually follows through.
