I was contacted via LinkedIn. During the interview, not much was explained. When I asked about growth opportunities, the question was ignored. I was then invited to a second round interview, but it was canceled just a few minutes later. I was promised a follow-up a week later but was ghosted for a month. I told the recruiter my opinion and received a very fabricated apologetic email. I ended up withdrawing my application to end the recruiter's suffering of not being able to submit negative feedback. The candidate management was totally unprofessional.

I applied and got a text from the recruiter about 6 days later asking for my availability. I spoke with the recruiter over the phone 6 days after that. The interview was alright, but the recruiter wasn't very welcoming. I left the interview feeling unsure about it, but I was still interested in the position. The recruiter said they'd follow up, but they never did. They also didn't respond when I followed up about a week later. I was ghosted, which I think is really unprofessional and bad recruiting. Even if the recruiter doesn't think a candidate is a good fit, they deserve a response after talking to someone to know if the company is moving forward with them.

I went in because I heard they were hiring immediately. They had me fill out an online application, but the computer kept glitching out. I told the office lady and finished it on my phone. The next day, they called me in for an interview that same day, within an hour, so I had to drop everything and go. Once I got there, they asked me a bunch of questions, including about my previous work experience. I mentioned I've worked construction most of my life and am looking for a career that isn't seasonal. After that, I could tell they weren't going to hire me, but they still had me talk to about four other people and tour the facility. Three days later, they said they were looking for someone more suited for the company. So, if you have construction experience, you probably won't get hired, even though the job was just sweeping and moving smelly paper with a skid steer.

So, it started with a friendly chat where they looked over my resume and talked about my personal qualities. After that, there was a trade test, and then they took me on a thorough tour of the facility. To wrap things up, we went back to an office to go over the company's terms and conditions. The whole thing took about 2 hours. I ended up turning down their offer because I got a better offer elsewhere that was a better fit for me and paid more.
