First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gregory.
Public Relations Specialist
I was emailed to schedule a phone interview. It was a standard phone screen where they asked me about my background, if I'd relocate, and why I wanted to work there. The interviewer wasn't very friendly and seemed uninterested. At the end, they asked me to do a writing test, which I wasn't expecting and didn't have time for. I had to reschedule it. After I submitted the writing test, they said I'd hear back in about a month about whether I got the job. I never heard back, and when I followed up, I didn't get much feedback on why I wasn't selected.

Associate
I found out about Gregory FCA at my college career fair and applied online. About a week later, I was contacted for an interview, and went into the office a couple weeks after that. It was a long interview, but an awesome process! The company culture was amazing and they really made you feel at home. I interviewed with four separate people, and then had an hour-long writing exam. It was a long process, but worth it, especially since this is the only round if you're still in school!

Intern
So I was warned by a few people about Gregory FCA before my interview, and they all had bad things to say about the agency. I ignored them and went ahead with the interview anyway. I got an email saying I'd meet two employees one-on-one and then do an hour writing test. I met the Internship Coordinator first, then was supposed to meet someone else, but they weren't there. The Coordinator said they'd be back soon, so I met with another PR person instead. She seemed surprised to see me and said she had a meeting in 5 minutes. She barely looked at my resume, asked some really cliché questions, and then I met a PR writer who also seemed unprepared and didn't want to be there. I had two more one-on-one interviews. The second person I was supposed to meet never showed up. Finally, I met the head of PR, who was trying to interview me while also working on his computer. Expect to meet more than two people and to be asked the same questions multiple times. After the interviews, the IC told me I only had 40 minutes for the writing test because the interviews ran over, but she used the excuse of having a meeting. I ended up being there for about three hours, which is crazy for an internship. After it was all done, the IC walked me out and said I'd hear back in two weeks. Two and a half weeks later, after trying to reach them twice by email and once by phone with no response, I'm just amazed by the unprofessionalism. For a PR agency, ignoring candidates is a huge red flag and hurts their reputation. Be ready for a disorganized and over-the-top interview with unenthusiastic employees. I wouldn't recommend Gregory FCA.

Account Executive
I met with two people, though it was scheduled for three, but one person was out. After about a ten-minute wait, I spoke with the HR director. She seemed friendly and asked the standard questions. Afterward, she led me to meet with the team lead for the financial department. She wasn't really prepared but asked me the same questions and mentioned there would be a writing test at the end.
