It was a really relaxed interview process with three main parts. First, I talked to HR, then the Team Lead, and finally, I had a panel interview with people I might be working with. They asked good questions and were upfront about everything. The peer panel was a good chance to ask about things like work-life balance, the kinds of projects, and what a typical day is like for the team.

The interviewer asked a lot of questions, like a really high number. I get wanting to check my skills, but it was hard to go deep on anything. The questions came so fast, there wasn't much time for detailed talks. After 45 mins of tough questions, I asked if they had more. They did, which was nice but honestly it felt like a lot.

The interview process was very straightforward and easy. They were very nice and casual. They made me feel welcome. While I was waiting, the person at the desk checked on me and offered me a beverage and a place to put my coat. It felt more like talking to coworkers than an interview.

Applied and HR rep scheduled a phone interview over 2 weeks out because she was busy on a project. 1 minute into the call, HR states the job is no longer a remote position and asked if I was interested in relocating cross-country. Wish that decision was made before posting the job or advising me prior to doing research on the company and preparing for upcoming interviews. Wasted my time.
