First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Greenlight Biosciences.
Scientist
They use a recruiting agency and communication was a bit messy but friendly. The in-person interviews were long, but the team was great. There were multiple people and one-on-one interviews. They didn't focus much on my knowledge base, but instead talked a lot about the day-to-day work and what it's like to work at the company.
- Can you describe your management style?
Recruiting Coordinator
Had an initial interview with the TA Manager which went really well. After that, there were 7 hours of interviews with 7 different people. Everything went smoothly in those. They all kept talking about how important the "candidate experience" is for this job, which I totally agree with! That's how it should be, whether you get the job or not! Unfortunately, after all 8 interviews, I got a standard rejection email. I tried following up by email with multiple people from the interview panel and the TA person, but I never heard back and got no feedback. If people put in the effort to interview with your company, I feel they deserve the same respect back.
