The interview process kicked off with an initial round involving questions and application review. This was followed by a second stage, a brief video interview lasting about 30 minutes, which was more focused on motivation than technical skills. The third stage consisted of an online assessment designed to evaluate numerical ability.

The first interview wasn't too difficult, and it consisted mainly of behavioral questions, not with Greenhill directly. The interviewer was quite friendly, and we had a bit of casual chat at the beginning, which definitely helped me feel more comfortable.
- Could you describe the most challenging problem you've encountered and how you addressed it?
Intern
First round was online with freshminds. It was 50% personal questions and 50% slightly technical. They asked general questions about M&A and my interest in it, including what specific transactions I found interesting.
