Behavioral Case

I had three interviews with different people within the area, There were multiple supervisors or managers present, across the three interviews and they asked a lot of hypotheticals for the situations I may encounter.

So I had this interview after a career fair at my university. It was pretty basic, just some behavioral questions about my hobbies and a time I had to overcome a challenge. The people there were really nice, I just wish I had gotten the offer!

Behavioral Technical

Had a first screening phone call. Then a technical interview. They said they'd contact me. Then, I waited 8-10 days. When I asked for an update, they declined me after 3 weeks from the initial interview. At least the hiring manager could have sent a personal email, not a general HR one, even for a decline. I need to keep up with other interviews. Respect my time!

Behavioral Technical

I had an initial phone screening with the main hiring manager. Then, I had a follow-up Zoom call with the other sourcing managers. They wanted to know more about me and my background. It was a really relaxed and fun interview, not too formal at all. I felt comfortable because it seemed like they were genuinely interested in getting to know me, and the hiring team was super friendly. The whole process, from applying to getting an offer, took about a week and a half.
