First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Center.
Behavioral Health Technician
I had two interviews. The first was with a woman who asked a lot of questions about the job. She said she would move me to a second interview, which was one of the weirdest I have ever had. I think the guy was the regional manager? He asked really general questions and then asked me four things to do with a pencil besides write. He was also late to the interview, making me wait 15 minutes on Zoom. He didn't introduce himself and was very cold. The whole interview lasted about six minutes. Very strange.
- What makes you want to work here?
- Can you list four ways to use a pencil other than for writing?
- What is your reason for us to hire you?
Compliance Vice President
I had an initial chat with the recruiter, and it seemed to go pretty well. She mentioned she wanted to move me forward and said she'd be in touch the following week. When I didn't hear back, I followed up via email and phone, but she never replied. It's pretty unprofessional to just ignore someone after promising to follow up.
- Could you describe the skills you possess that would be relevant to this role?
Technician
First I talked to the recruiter over the phone. Then I had a zoom video interview with the hiring manager for the location. Lastly, I did an in-person interview with the local hiring manager and some other people there.
- What makes you want to find a new job?
- Could you tell me about your experience?
- Where do you see yourself in the future?
Patient Consultant
The interview process was pretty standard. They looked at my past experience. It was under an hour. The interviewer knew a lot about the job and could answer my questions.
- What is your motivation for working in mental health?
- Can you elaborate on your previous work experience?
- How do you approach patient care?
