IT Engineer
The interview process was easy and straightforward. If you have at least a year of experience in IT, you should be fine. You'll meet with the manager and a systems engineer. They'll ask some technical questions and some easy, straightforward questions.
- Describe a situation where you encountered a problem you were unsure how to solve.
Financial Analyst
I met with a recruiter at their office. They gave me a general job description and the names of the two people interviewing me. They were late and seemed stiff. They didn't give me much time for questions. I later learned they didn't move forward with me because they thought I asked too many questions about the company. I found that offensive, and I'm glad I didn't move forward with them because of their attitude toward what I thought was a fair line of questioning. I think it's important that I feel it's a good fit for me as much as they think I'm a good fit for the company.

A recruitment consultancy reached out, forwarded my resume to the hiring managers, and I got called for an online interview in less than a week. The interview with the company staff was standard and online, with ample time for questions. The interviewers were attentive.
