Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Greenberg Traurig.
Intern
The whole thing took around five weeks to complete. First, there was a screener interview, which then led to a bigger interview that went for about two hours. This interview was a panel with several associates from different practice groups.
- Could you describe your prior experience in litigation practice groups?
Intern
I had several interviewers, and each chat lasted about twenty to thirty minutes. It was a good experience. They asked behavioral questions about situations I've been in, along with the standard 'tell me about yourself' question.
- Can you share an instance where you experienced failure?
Intern
The interview with a partner and HR was brief. I didn't hear back for a week, so I called the recruiter to find out I didn't get the job. When I asked for feedback, I never got a response. It's a good law firm, but I don't think they handled this well, regardless of the role's importance.
- Could you introduce yourself?
