Behavioral Presentation

So the interview process starts with a standard 'tell me about yourself' type of thing, and then a quick chat with the hiring manager to clear up any questions. After that, we dive into how the compensation system is set up and works. Just so you know, this job is all commission and you'll be traveling a lot to meet clients at their homes to make sales. It wraps up with another chance for you to ask anything else.

The interview process was quick and very professional. It started with a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. I appreciated the company's openness. Upon entering, I noticed many awards for being a great place to work and a top company. It was notable that everyone seemed happy, which is rare.
