Process Operator
It took 2 days to get an interview, they were very short and brief about everything then a day later I got a rejection email. Very poor questions as well made up on the spot
- What are your future expectations and how long do you plan to stay with the company?
Sales BDM
The interview was good and lasted about 30 minutes. They asked some technical questions and also some about improving sales performance. Overall, it was a great experience with nice managers and HR.
- Can you describe the technical support for sales and marketing?
- What strategies would you use to boost sales figures?
Manager
It was a two round process. It felt thorough and efficient. They asked both technical and soft skill questions. A lot of financial questions were asked to gauge my acumen and aptitude. You really need to be diligent and prepare to manage the amount and level of questions. All in all, it was a good experience.
- The questions were mainly about financial metrics.
Analyst
I applied for the role and then the recruiter reached out a few days later to talk about interviewing. I agreed and then had an in-person interview set up a week later. The interview was basically meeting three people one after another. They asked pretty much the same things which was redundant and could have been asked over the phone or just read from my resume. It didn't feel like the best use of anyone's time. The people were smart but it seemed pretty clear early on that I didn't have the background they were looking for. I still don't know what happened with the interview because I haven't heard back. They mentioned the role was unposted and newly opened, but then one interviewer said they were reviewing applicants and would decide soon. The recruiter wasn't in the office that day, which I wasn't told. The receptionist was unfriendly. It wasn't a great start. I didn't get a good vibe from anyone except one interviewer. The others were weird. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience.
