The interview process started with a group interview, which was quite unusual. The interviewers seemed more focused on persuading me to join the company rather than conducting a standard interview. I suspect it's a pyramid scheme, as they mentioned rapid advancement based on sales performance within a few months. They also took over a week to send a contract, which I ultimately declined due to the strange atmosphere.

It was a group interview with the founder, which was super dynamic and organized so you didn't feel the pressure of being with other candidates. You're almost immediately reached out to let you know if you passed to the second round interviews.

It was a friendly interview process, but they didn't seem to understand current situations without making a fair attempt. I think they could have explored more before stopping communication to see who they were actually interviewing. I would have liked to have had more conversation with them.

Recruiter called me on the phone. Then I had a one on one in person interview at their office with a branch manager. The next day, I had a virtual interview.
