The whole interview thing took over a month and a half, and it was kinda messy with not much communication. I had a bunch of interviews spread out over weeks, and I usually had to chase them for updates. The recruiter seemed all over the place, never even had me fill out any paperwork, not even after a few interviews. It really felt like there was no plan, and I was just guessing what was next the whole time. By the time they finally offered me the job, I had already moved pretty far away.
