HR set up an interview for two days from now. I emailed to ask about the interview content and preparation advice. Right after, I got an automated rejection. It was quite strange, but given the low Glassdoor rating was already a warning sign, it wasn't entirely unexpected.

Even though the interview process felt long, the interviewers really knew their stuff and ran the interviews smoothly. The problems were tough but should be manageable for someone with senior-level experience.

It was a video interview with a couple of guys. One of the interviewers was okay but the other one apparently used this interview to vent his life frustration. In my 15 years of professional experience, he was one of the interviewers who was most incompetent. He was more worried about book definitions than my actual working experience. He asked inappropriate questions, made disparaging remarks when I didn't know the answer to something he asked and seemed to take pleasure in belittling folks that are on the other end. I would never work in a company where folks like exist
