I had 3 interviews in total, and they were all enjoyable conversations. It was a bit strange that I never met the hiring manager, though. I would have liked to see how we interact before starting the role.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and HR reached out after a week with some basic questions about my background. After a bit of a wait, I followed up and was told they were still reviewing. About a month or two later, HR sent the same questions again, which I re-answered. This was followed by a phone call with HR, then a call with a supervisor, and finally an in-person interview. Throughout these, interviewers focused on my experience, explained role expectations, and discussed goals. It felt more like a conversation, and they were open about challenges, asking for my input on improvements. The final in-person interview was with HR, asking for feedback on the process. Within a day, I got a call to schedule a follow-up with management and HR. During that call, I received an offer with no pressure to decide immediately. They explained the process delay, which seemed genuine. I accepted the offer.
