It was a group interview where we were asked basic questions about prior work experience and problem-solving skills. The questions were focused on problem-solving ability and seemed to lean more towards general customer service rather than specific plant knowledge.

Got a long screening call, then an in-person interview. The interviewer brought another store manager along for their own training, but that manager seemed unprepared and didn't even know they'd be part of the interview. The whole vibe felt pretty insular, like they weren't really open to people from outside the company. It came across as a bit condescending, especially given my years of leadership experience. The interviewer said they'd follow up, but then ghosted me.

I did a walk-in and filled out an application on-site. Then, I got a call back for either a group interview or a one-on-one with management. The interview was pretty casual; I wore slacks, a nice shirt, and a tie. They offered me the job right away and I worked a full shift on my first day.

It was a personal, simple interview, mostly about attendance and schedule. It took them a month to get back to me. HR was great with emails during onboarding though. We talked about pay during the interview. The location for the interview might change.
