First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Greeley and Hansen.
Civil Engineer
Got an email from a recruiter in Chicago (HQ) about a phone interview for the NYC job, scheduled for a week later. It was a 30-minute call. After that, I never heard back, even with a few follow-up emails. The recruiter had said I was moving on to the next steps and would have an in-person interview, but that never happened.

- What is something you are most proud of regarding your experience?
Project Manager
Had a phone interview with HR, then another phone interview with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The process went really well. The company seems to have good people and a promising future with their main clients. It looks like a growing company that's looking for technical leads and offers good career growth.
- What are your key strengths?
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
- What unique skills or contributions can you offer?
Intern
I had a phone interview with an HR Specialist. They asked me about my past experiences and my motivation for wanting to join the company. They said I should wait to hear back after they interviewed other candidates.
- Could you tell me about your previous experience?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work here?
Civil Sanitary Engineer
The interview process was straightforward. I had an interview with an HR manager, then with the project manager and regional principal. The principal didn't make it due to a scheduling conflict. It was a friendly and casual atmosphere.
