The interview process was good, but it took a really long time to get through applications. It took about 2 months from applying to getting hired, and then my first day was a week later. Most people can't wait that long. Other companies got me in right away for an in person interview.

I applied one day and had the interview two days later. It was a virtual interview with video, and I interviewed with the HR Manager. His camera was a sideview of his face. He asked some basic questions and explained that a lot of the hiring process was out of his hands and was mostly handled by the Corporate Office.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an interview with the hiring supervisor. They asked me about my experience, skills, and why I have any employment gaps, as well as my strengths and weaknesses. After that, we toured the department and they showed me what the position I was applying for was like. Just a heads up, make sure to wear pants and closed-toe shoes (like shoes, not sandals) because if they want to give you a tour, they might take you out on the floor.

I first met them on campus at a career fair. Then had a short phone screening about my background and experiences. Finally, I had an onsite interview where I met the technical team, quality manager, and technical director. They also gave me a tour of the plant. It was a pretty pleasant experience overall.
