Branch Teller Supervisor
The interview had two parts. First, there was a 45-minute phone interview with HR. Then, there was an in-person interview that lasted about an hour.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your past experience?
- Describe how you would handle various challenging situations.
Teller
I think I spoke with two of the administrators. They were really nice. They asked me a lot of questions, some of which were scenario-based. They also asked about past jobs and situations I encountered while working there. They seemed to really care.
- Can you describe a time you handled a difficult situation at work?
Receptionist
I had about a 30-minute Q&A session. They asked about my past jobs, what I wanted in a company, my 5-year plan, and how I'd deal with tough customers. I got a call soon after to schedule another interview, and they offered me the job then.
- How would you deal with a challenging customer?
- What was a previous job you had?
- What traits do you look for in an employer?
