Catherine reached out to me via email. I was out of town dealing with my mother's illness but stayed in touch. After my mother passed, Catherine was very understanding and invited me for an interview. I interviewed with Catherine and the VP. They were both personable and wanted to understand the real reasons behind my job change, not just a generic "seeking new opportunities." We had a good mix of lighthearted and serious conversation. However, after the interview, when I asked Catherine about the timeline for a decision, I received a vague "1-2 weeks" response. I suspected I wouldn't get the job. It's been about two months with no follow-up. While I've moved on, this lack of communication is unprofessional, especially considering I was honest and pleasant during the interview, which took place shortly after my mother's passing. I expected better communication.

This was the worst unprofessional interview experience ever. The COO, Catherine Jones, kept rescheduling appointments and was upset to have to do it. Imagine working for someone like that. Seriously, run away from this company.

It was a professional and informative process, giving a good overview of what to expect. We began with a phone screening interview, then had 2 in-person interviews. One of the in-person interviews involved meeting several managers the role would interact with.

Found the job posting on Craigslist and emailed my resume. I got a call back within a few days. I came in for an initial interview shortly after that. Then, I was called back for a second interview two days later. By the end of that week, I got a phone offer. The whole thing was super fast and easy, no unnecessary steps.
