It was really relaxed. I was interviewed by two managers in the company. They were friendly and asked very practical questions to the position, as well as several questions about myself. At the end of the interview, I was asked to complete some writing samples, (they presented me with products the company sells and asked me to write descriptions for them.)

The whole thing took over a month from the first phone call to the in-person interview and graphic design test. They first emailed about salary, which was minimum wage even though I have a degree. I took the job because I needed it, but in hindsight, maybe I shouldn't have. A place that doesn't value your input and just wants to get things done cheaply isn't great for creatives. The office was also super messy with clothes, dust, and boxes everywhere.

I had a phone interview first where they described the company to me. Then i had an interview at their office. It was with one person from their office and three people from their Seattle office via video conference. They went through my whole online portfolio and had me explain each piece. As soon as i sent my thank you email they emailed me back saying they had chosen another candidate.

I went through a process that included two personality tests. After that, I had a Skype interview that lasted about 40 minutes. During the interview, I was asked typical Project Manager questions to assess my skills. Unfortunately, the interviewer felt I didn't have enough experience for the role. They did inform the staffing agency the same day that I wouldn't be moving forward.
