First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Great Wall Motor Company.
Marketing Specialist
- How would I perform when working with Chinese colleagues and under the pressure of a fast-paced company?
Social Media Manager
The whole process was fast. The questions were straightforward, and the recruiter was very transparent and consistent. She gave a lot of information about the company, the role, and the challenges.
- They asked about my English level and then asked me some questions in English.
- They also asked about my availability to work 3 days a week in person.
Advogado
Project Manager
Due to the coronavirus, all interviews were held online. They were conducted in both Mandarin and English. There were three rounds in total, with each interview lasting about an hour. This included an online test, followed by a one-on-one talk with HR, and finally a discussion with both HR and the manager.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What is your educational background?
- Tell me about your internship experience.
