The Great Learning interview process was tough but super smooth and easy to go through. First, there was an aptitude test, then an HR chat, and after that, two technical interviews. They kept me in the loop about each step, so I always knew what was coming. The tests were demanding, especially the technical parts, but the interviewers were really professional and helpful. I also liked how fast they got back to me with feedback after each round. It was a challenging process that made me bring my A-game, but it was structured so well it was simple to follow.

The interview process was quite adaptable, and the person interviewing me was understanding. They asked direct questions relevant to the company and the specific role. The interviewer was clearly an expert and handled things very smoothly.

I'm sharing my bad experience with Great Learning's hiring and their candidate handling. I interviewed for three jobs there, going through 11 interviews total. After each round, HR gave me a deadline for feedback, and I waited. Even after clearing rounds and waiting past deadlines, I was ghosted. No calls or messages were answered. I got no closure or feedback after such a long process. It's okay if I wasn't selected, but going through 11 rounds and then disappearing is unacceptable. It shows a lack of hiring ethics and respect. Candidates prepare and plan careers based on timelines. Being ghosted after many rounds is unprofessional and discouraging. My advice to Great Learning is to communicate honestly and on time if you don't intend to move forward. Don't give false hope or have excessive rounds without closure. I hope they improve their process and treat candidates professionally.
